Great post Raza. My 2 cents on environment...surround yourself with people tha share your vision as well. The company you keep certainly defines the lifestyle you live. I firmly believe in that. In fact, if we were friends for years before we became partners in business and met some othe great partners as in the Cozumel picture above.

Great post here. Working on YOU is so important. People can succeed or fail with any company. The key to success is YOU, not the company. Most people don't want to take accountability for that actions or think that they are the solutions to their own problems.

But good leaders always hold themselves accountable and know that they are the solution to their own challenges. Thanks for sharing Raza.

There's nothing more appealing than putting your own personal touches on any task. I guess that's the thing about being in a fast paced world run by today's advanced technology, that sometimes we forget the importance of performing easy tasks ourselves. It would be great to incorporate both worlds to be able to provide a more satisfying and personal relationship with our customers. Thanks for this insightful post.
